Here is myself with Eddie Quinn - creator of the Approach system. A great guy and a big influence on how I move.

Here's myself, with the very inspirational Master Willie Lim. Taken at a seminar I held at my Academy in 2008. 12 years later, I took my 5th Dan under him :)

Sorry, I didnt realise it would post it so big :/

Family picture taken after a small tournament our federation holds. The man & woman on the left side of the picture are my instructors - 9th dan Doug Tesdal and his wife, 8th dan Jill Tesdal. The man on the right side is 9th dan David Knife - GM's Tesdal and Knife took over as co-presidents of our federation of schools after the founder, GM HS Kim stepped down due to his failing health. I'd been training under the Tesdals since 1994, and prior to joining their school, I began my TKD journey under one of their black belt students. I hope some day my son realizes how cool this picture is, to have trained directly under a 9th dan and to get to meet three of the highest ranking members of our federation.

This is at the 40th anniversary of American Karate and Taekwondo Organisation in Dallas Texas 2016. I was invited by GM Keith Yates (standing far left) as guest speaker and to lead a seminar on traditional applications. I am standing behind Sensei Mike Proctor (standing far right), one of the two teachers I trained under when I was living in the US.

With Euan Burton MBE - Judo Commonwealth gold medalist and twice Olympic competitor.

Fantastic athlete, great coach and a really enjoyable seminar.

Possibly the coolest shot I have. This is of course with the one and only Stuart Anslow when we were in Korea, April 2018.

Here’s a picture with Robert Skagseth, Me, Andreas Jenstad and Brendan Doogan.
Robert and I started out TKD together in 1993. Both of us had many years of martial arts training already so we found each other pretty fast. And we been best of friends since. He was also the best man when I I’ve got married. Andreas is one of the best in the world when it comes to patterns. He runs a super successful club in Norway, Røyken Taekwon-Do klubb.
And Brendan Doogan, the breaking machine from New Zealand.
Here we are visiting the club of Andreas as we had Brendan over for a seminar in my club, we just took a visit to his club to.

GM Jay Warwick. 1988 Olympic Team (exhibition sport) member and Bronze medalist.
I received my black belt from him. We also trained in Gracie Jiu Jitsu together.

photo did not load... weird.
