In order for the system to start working, we need your help to start voting to verify other profiles. I have pre-verified many of you already, so you can start the voting. The more votes and points we can register in the system, the better it will work once we open for the public and people need to verify their students and friends.

It would be a big help if you can go through the profiles in the system and cast votes for those you think look legitimate. You can use the search function to find all the completed profiles that are eligible to receive votes: https://www.tkdchecker.co[...]ompleted=1

Thanks!

Reminder...

If those of us who have been pre-verified don`t verify others and each other, we won`t get the ball rolling for the future of this site...

Yes, if the voting system is going to work, people need to vote for the profiles the think is valid.
Especially now in the beginning.

It would be very helpful if more people voted. :) I pledge to do my part when my rank is verified. :)
Verification is always slow in the beginning, it will pick up later when more people join in :)

By the looks of it, hardly anyone is voting. I know it takes time but by looking at the voting history at the bottom of the front page not many votes going on in the last few days.
I know how it works being a member of Beltchecker.com. Just seems a bit quiet around here.

Yes, but if those already verified don't vote - those of us under the 1000 point threshold can't help newer members either.

Hey Sir, mag I ask how many people you granted voting to initially? I watched Christian’s Beltchecker site grow and know it is a process.

I only ask as there are only a dozen or so people from my country (USA) on here and very few are verified. This will prolong the initial action of the beta test

Oh they do, see the stats :) Just need a lot of patience here in the beginning. The user base doesn't get built in a few weeks. Thanks for being an early adopter! :)

Quite many but I don't recall exactly how many. You already have 900 points out of 1000. When beltchecker started, it could take 1-2 months to get that many. Have patience, invite other people along, build properly documented profiles, create activity in the forum etc. Then this site will surely also take off :) In fact, it's growing faster than BJJ Beltchecker did in the beginning. But back then, people also had no patience :D

For perspective, there are literally only 3 completed profiles in the system right now which are not verified.

When more join, more votes will happen.

Been training since 1986 and have my own club in Ashford and actively support any open organisations

You say that you are blackbelt but not 1st. Dan? It doesn’t make sense. When you turn to blackbelt from brown/red belt, the blackbelt is a 1st. Dan.
