Bio
Colin has a Master's of Business and Technology from UNSW and a BBA (Hons) from Cox School of Business in Dallas, Texas. He is the Principal of Joong Do Kwan Traditional Taekwondo based in Perth, Western Australia. Our lineage was brought out of Korea by GM Jhoon Rhee in the mid 1950s, installed into Southwestern USA since, and is led by GM Keith Yates' American Karate and Taekwondo Organization. We attempt to celebrate this lineage in a respectful and progressive manner. JDK trains by applying traditional techniques against unknown but predictable attacks, assuming resistance and possible failure, and then applying counters from our library of fundamental skills. One and all are welcome, and we share without reservation.

CW@Roy Rostad - might not have been clear. There's no correlation between the two. The timing of the event was good. But now we're in lock down.

"One of the best around, great lineage and genuine martial artist, happy to follow in his footsteps."
"I have known Master Wee for many years. His knowledge of traditional Taekwon-Do is well established and his enthusiasm for the martial arts is undoubted. I have learned much from his practice and am honoured to count him among my Taekwondo brothers. He is an inspiration to many practitioners who see their martial arts journey as a life-long one. "
"Documented. :)"
